Foundation

The objective of Smartrip Foundation is to contribute effectively and efficiently to the sustainable development of the tourist destinations in Chile, to increase local entrepreneurship, to recapture culture and identity, and to conserve biodiversity.

We run programs that strengthen sustainability in tourist destinations, lining up and channeling the Corporate Social Responsibility efforts of leading tourism companies, enhancing them with external funding, donations and other solidarity organization initiatives.

Among our movements, we highlight local community training, entrepreneur competitions, seed capital funding, networking and integration of and among local entrepreneurs, hotels and tour operators within the tourism chain.  http://www.fundacionsmartrip.org/
